RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Facilities Move Coordinator to manage occupancy, space planning, and move execution across Southwest locations. You will liaise with leaders, Facilities Engineering, Operations, Digital Technology, Logistics, EHS, and vendors to maximize space use with minimal disruption.
You will coordinate MAC activities, keep planning data current, and support modernization projects while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Facilities Move Coordinator is responsible for workplace occupancy management, space planning, and move execution that support evolving business requirements across multiple Southwest locations. This role partners business leaders, Facilities Engineering, Operations, Digital Technology, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and external service providers to coordinate workplace solutions that maximize space utilization while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Serving as a key liaison between customers and service partners, the Facilities Move Coordinator coordinates multiple concurrent workplace initiatives, maintains the integrity of occupancy and planning data, and supports the successful execution of workplace modernization projects. Success in this role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, organizational skills, IT competency, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
