Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Mechanical and Project Engineer to plan, execute, and monitor facility projects. You will design mechanical systems, manage budgets, resources, and schedules, and oversee site activities to meet goals on time and within budget.

You will support operations of chillers, pumps, and HVAC, ensure BAS/BMS documentation and performance updates, lead troubleshooting, system upgrades, and staff training to optimize facility performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in mechanical and facility project management.
• Intermediate knowledge of control systems architecture and programming (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell).
• Strong understanding of industrial mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Effective communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create project scope documents, manage contractor selection, budgets, and schedules.
• Support mechanical systems operation and maintenance, including documentation and communication.
• Manage BAS/BMS specifications, updates, and performance enhancements.
• Provide technical support for electrical and mechanical equipment, troubleshooting, and training staff.
