Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years in facilities engineering.
• Experience with oil-free air, HVAC, chilled water, boilers, and exhaust systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and analyze mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, reliability, and maintenance of mechanical systems (oil-free air, HVAC, chilled water, boilers, exhaust).
• Support safety, reliability, and environmental targets for mechanical systems.
• Design and analyze mechanical equipment, troubleshoot issues, and provide evaluations and solutions.
• Develop scopes of work for mechanical projects and conduct design reviews.
• Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new designs and oversee prototype testing.
• Partner with internal business units and operations to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance providers to ensure proper system operation.
• Develop a mechanical systems roadmap and asset replacement strategy for reliability and growth.
• Drive commissioning of new systems and major modifications; explore automated cost-saving solutions.
