Blue Origin is seeking a Facilities Mechanical Engineer II to support the design of infrastructure and buildings under the supervision of a licensed engineer. The role focuses on producing design and construction documents and delivering high-quality mechanical solutions across projects.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, passed the FE exam, and be proficient with AutoCAD or Revit, ready to mentor juniors and pursue a PE license after gaining experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Passed Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Support design of new infrastructure and buildings under licensed engineer.
• Produce design and construction documents (drawings, plans, specs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align with project goals.
• Research and support mechanical design solutions (HVAC, Chilled Water, Compressed Air).
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings for accuracy and standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Stay informed of industry trends to contribute to innovation.
• Pursue Professional Engineering license after gaining experience.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices.
