Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in mechanical engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of new infrastructure and buildings under supervision of a licensed engineer.
• Assist in the production of design and construction documents, including drawings, plans, and specs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design alignment with project goals.
• Conduct research and provide support for mechanical design solutions.
• Support HVAC, chilled water, compressed air systems, etc.
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings, plans, and specs for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Stay informed of industry trends and advancements to contribute to project innovation.
• Prepare for and pursue a Professional Engineering license after gaining required experience.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and design principles.
