Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• 3+ years of experience in building mechanical engineering
• Experience with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and State Building Codes

Responsibilities

• Perform project estimating, scheduling, design heating and cooling systems
• Prepare diagrams, sketches, construction drawings, cost estimates, bid documents, and provide construction administration
• Meet with internal customers to develop scope, support continuous improvement initiatives, perform coordination studies, and manage projects
• Coordinate activities with internal and external partners including IT, safety, security, construction trades, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
