RTX is seeking a Facilities Mechanical Engineer in Andover, MA to lead mechanical facilities design, HVAC engineering, and construction project management. You will troubleshoot building systems, support control systems, and oversee renovations and equipment installations.

The role requires coordinating with IT, safety, and contractors, traveling regionally, and delivering projects from design through closeout. Excellent communication and multi-disciplinary coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with building mechanical systems and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, bidding, construction, and project closeout for mechanical facilities projects.
• Lead design of boilers, chillers, AHUs, VAV, BAS integration, and related systems.
