Job summary

Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanic to join our Club Maintenance team. This full-time role keeps buildings and systems safe, functional, and operating at their best for members and staff.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with teamwork spirit, ready to handle a variety of maintenance trades and respond to changing priorities in a private club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certification or related training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Hospitality, resort, hotel, or country club environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize safety.
• Walkthrough facilities to identify needs and issues.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks and clogs.
• Complete carpentry, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
• Maintain clean, safe maintenance shop and records.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on projects.
