Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in industrial maintenance, and 2+ years with PLCs and electrical prints.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Minimum of 5 years of diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
2 years of electrical experience in troubleshooting and programming of PLCs, knowledge of electrical controls, VFDs, servos, HMIs, and ability to read electrical prints.

Responsibilities

Maintains and repairs facility and compounding equipment.
Repairs, installs, and adjusts industrial machinery such as vessels, pumps, grinders, mixers, air compressors, boilers, chillers, and HVAC.
Troubleshoots and repairs pneumatic switches, valves, and cylinders.
Diagnoses and repairs gear boxes, motors, bearings, and conveyor system problems.
Installs and sets up new equipment including electrical, air, and ventilation as needed.
Repairs, replaces and maintains drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, leaks, plumbing, and other facility tasks.
Performs routine preventive maintenance.
Responds to work orders in a timely fashion.
Follows safety policies including LOTO, hot work, confined spaces, and powered industrial machines.
Troubleshoots electrical (relay logic PLCs), building electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
