Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn function of operating building equipment and systems under supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to building systems.
• Maintain 90%+ completion of PM assignments.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment.
• Assist with tenant improvement construction projects as needed.
• Respond to tenant work requests using CMMS and prioritize tasks.
• Clean general areas and assist with snow removal as needed.
