Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination across multiple sites. You will lead technicians and service providers, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in facilities management, strong building systems knowledge, CMMS experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with CMMS, reporting, planning, scheduling and workstream analysis.
• Experience managing remote teams and third-party contracted services.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred; operational excellence certifications are a plus.
