Qualifications

• 5 years of direct experience in facilities or office management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility management in support of SDA missions, including design, buildout, maintenance, and operations of multiple facilities.
• Manage daily operations, including space planning, desk reconfiguration, shredding, and government asset relocation.
• Execute ServiceNow work requests, monitor ticket status, and recommend system improvements.
• Conduct regular building inspections and track repairs, including preventive maintenance and coordinating services with vendors.
• Manage physical asset inventory and monitor utility and building systems.
• Coordinate inspections and compliance checks for equipment functionality and health and safety.
• Engage in facility meetings with stakeholders and tenants and provide admin support for facility projects.
