Job description

Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to lead our growing team. In this role, you will oversee a key part in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our oil and gas facilities. This role can be based out of our Morgantown, WV or Marietta, OH office locations with up to 50% travel to field locations throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.


What You Will Be Doing:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for facility maintenance, improvement, and expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of facilities engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage facility budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Project Management: Oversee facility construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to facility operations, including safety hazards, equipment failures, and environmental impacts.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve facility performance, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with senior management, operations personnel, maintenance teams, and external stakeholders.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of facilities experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record in facilities engineering, design, maintenance, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, codes, and standards (e.g., API, ASME, DPT, PHMSA).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ProMax, or similar engineering design software.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.
  • Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
  • Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
  • Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
