  • Support property projects including space planning, small renovations, and layout adjustments.
  • Manage budgets by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure safety compliance through updated permits, protocols, and emergency preparedness.
  • Lead facilities teams across maintenance, grounds, and garden/farm operations.
  • Promote sustainability with energy-saving practices and environmental initiatives.

Position Overview

The Facilities Manager helps keep Sorrel River Ranch running smoothly by caring for the property, its systems, and the teams who support it. This role oversees daily maintenance, coordinates contractors, manages budgets, and ensures our buildings, grounds, and amenities remain safe, functional, and welcoming.

Education/Experience

  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a diverse team.

  • Proficiency with Google tools and facilities management software.

  • Water plant and pool certifications required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move comfortably throughout the property. Comfortable walking, standing, and moving throughout facilities as part of inspections and maintenance tasks.
