Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents facing such challenges. Located in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for our residential campus.

The Facilities Manager oversees all maintenance related to real estate and property, manages the maintenance staff including one housekeeper, and plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications. They also handle construction projects, ensuring compliance with JCAHO, HRS, and applicable regulations.

Position Details:

Salary: Starts at $51,000 - $58,140 (rate varies with education and experience)

Schedule: full time

Qualifications

Education:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction, or personnel management required
• OR a combination of experience including 3 years supervisory and 3 years facilities experience required
• OR experience and construction management in healthcare with relevant vocational coursework or certification required

Schedule:

• Must complete a two-week orientation (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) in Titusville, FL.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings (Drug Test, Physical, TB Test)
