Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facility Manager in Goodyear, AZ to supervise facilities maintenance teams and oversee daily operations for commercial buildings. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required - MVR will be conducted.

• Experience in staffing, training, and retaining technical facilities personnel.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams toward zero-downtime operational goals.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale backup power systems, commercial chillers, and building automation systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

About the Role:

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on maximizing building uptime, mitigating operational risk, and providing strategic support regarding commercial HVAC systems, power distribution, and building lifecycle plans.
