Qualifications

• Facility Management certification or standard building engineering certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale backup power systems, chillers, and building automation systems preferred.

About the Role:

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on maximizing building uptime, mitigating operational risk, and providing strategic support regarding commercial HVAC systems, power distribution, and building lifecycle plans.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience in commercial facility operations will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required - MVR will be conducted.
• Facility Management or standard building engineering certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, and retaining technical facilities personnel.
• Ability to handle sensitive operational data and incident report communication.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams toward zero-downtime operational goals.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale backup power systems, commercial chillers, and building automation systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
