CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager in Sunnyvale to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of buildings. You’ll oversee daily activities, coordinate repairs, and manage budgets and capital projects to ensure reliable performance.
You will supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and mentor colleagues while partnering with clients to uphold high service standards and safety compliance.
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
