Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ facilities management or related experience.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state where you will be working.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 3 years’ experience in the above areas if holding a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Directs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
• Drives execution of multiple business plans and projects by prioritizing needs and allocating resources.
• Oversees sustainability initiatives to meet EPA compliance and manages vendor/contractor issues.
• Manages complex projects including budgeting, workforce planning, cost control, and punch lists.
• Directs regional field operations, monitors contractor performance, and aligns with district goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity, and supports Walmart’s mission.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including mentoring and training.
