Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years progressive facilities-management experience.
• Experience with construction contracts, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of life-safety systems, mechanical/electrical equipment, HVAC, boilers, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning for facility upgrades, asset protection, and energy efficiency.
• Schedule, inspect, and coordinate maintenance across trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Maintain records including work orders, warranties, permits, licenses, contracts.
