Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management.
• 5+ years in facilities management or related roles.
• Experience with CMMS and building systems.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for facilities management for CPS portfolio.
• Collaborate with CPS facilities department on budget and funding priorities.
• Develop and implement programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage performance against SLAs, KPIs, and conduct inspections.
• Oversee facilities staff and third-party service contracts.
