The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in industrial facilities management, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facility management, construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including forecasting expenses for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Oversee service contracts and vendor relationships for building maintenance, including security, cleaning, and landscaping services.
• Implement and direct a preventive maintenance program to ensure the continuous operation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage all space allocation and planning, including coordinating office moves, furniture installations, and departmental reconfigurations.
• Lead facility-related projects, such as renovations and equipment upgrades, by managing timelines, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement energy management programs to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
