RevHealth, an independent pharmaceutical healthcare marketing and ad agency, seeks a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, safety, and capital improvements. The role partners with the Associate Director of Experience to ensure a polished, client-ready workplace.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and capable of coordinating vendors, regulatory coordination, and emergency response while driving continuous improvement in our office environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property management, construction/project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing maintenance and physical condition of office and property.
• Coordinate and oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building services.
• Plan and execute renovations, capital projects, and workplace improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage schedules, budgets, and safety.
