Job summary

The Goodwill of North Florida is seeking a Facilities Manager (FT) to oversee maintenance and upkeep of all Goodwill locations in Northeast Florida, including off-site facilities and equipment. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and requires coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, and ensuring environments are safe, secure, orderly, and clean.

Candidates should be prepared to work outside regular hours and be available on an on-call basis to protect campus operations

Job Summary: The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the maintenance and building upkeep at all Goodwill locations. The FM works under the direction of the Director of Facilities to oversee maintenance requests for Goodwill’s premises, facilities, and equipment, ensuring that all is maintained, safe, secure, orderly, and in the highest degree of cleanliness. This includes off-site facilities and equipment throughout Northeast Florida. May be required to work outside of normal operating hours and be scheduled on an on-call basis.
