Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Del Webb Fulshear community in Fulshear, TX. You will handle upkeep of buildings, systems and common areas to maintain safety, beauty and quality across the HOA environment.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, grounds work, and responding to maintenance requests. A 2-year full-time maintenance background and a valid driver's license are required; good teamwork and attention to detail

Qualifications

2 years full-time maintenance experience, preferably in HOA or property management.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall and general maintenance tasks.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Partners with Community Manager to provide consistent maintenance across the community.
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, pressure washing and related tasks.
Complete grounds work and maintain water features, landscaping and irrigation systems.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to service requests.
Serve as point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies.
Operate, maintain and store maintenance equipment safely.
Oversee vendor projects and report progress.
Work both independently and as part of a team.
