Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with service and maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Boiler license requirements and driving license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems across five facilities.
• Plan, prioritize, and supervise building maintenance and vendor work.
• Coordinate with department heads on work to be performed internally or by vendors.
• Monitor budgets and review invoices for compliance.
• Operate building automation and lighting control systems and perform remote troubleshooting.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain building security and access.
