Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meticulously preparing and implementing operations and maintenance plans.
• Scoping and pricing building replacements and improvement projects.
• Diligently inspecting facilities to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Managing resources including staff, contractors, and vendors to execute annual plans.
• Securing contractors and vendors to meet specifications.
• Managing allocated budgets within defined parameters.
