Qualifications

• 2+ years of property, facilities, or construction management preferred; shopping center industry is a plus.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of commercial building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well maintained property providing positive shopping experience.
• Prepare and manage multi-year capital and operating expense plans.
• Ensure property safety systems are code compliant and maintained.
