Job summary

Moog Space & Defense Group in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a highly capable Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations for our Gilbert site and ensure a safe, reliable, and high-performing environment for engineering, manufacturing, and business operations.

Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will manage preventive maintenance, capital improvements, vendor partnerships, and long-range facility planning, with opportunities to influence site strategy and future relocation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience in manufacturing/aerospace/defense or regulated environments.
• Experience managing facility vendors, service contracts, and budgets.
• Experience supporting engineering labs or advanced manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial building systems and infrastructure.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations for office, engineering, and manufacturing spaces to ensure safety and reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships, bidding, contracts, and service levels.
• Deliver capital improvements and infrastructure projects with schedules and budget control.
• Support manufacturing and engineering needs with appropriate infrastructure and environmental controls.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets and ROI analyses.
• Shape long-range facility plans and potential relocation initiatives.
