Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a leading location-based entertainment company, seeks a Facility Manager in New Jersey to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly. You will lead daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and a skilled team while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

You’ll work nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure uninterrupted guest service and safety compliance across high-volume venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in high-volume environments.
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
