Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Knowledge of common building systems like HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical.
• Must be able to work weekends and on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% uptime of site critical systems and equipment.
• Oversee facility preventative maintenance and operations programs.
• Partner with Management to create annual operating and capital budgets.
