Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to administer overall maintenance operations and ensure facilities and equipment run at peak efficiency. You will hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.

The role requires knowledge of boilers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with strong communication skills and ability to oversee subcontracted projects and maintain inventories.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a similar maintenance supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/orlicenses.
