Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a maintenance leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring facilities and equipment operate at peak efficiency. You will manage personnel-related responsibilities, supervise subcontracted projects, and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to uphold safety and code compliance.

The role requires experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, strong communication, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall maintenance operations to maintain facilities and equipment at high efficiency.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
• Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes.
• Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
• Manage and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
