Job summary

PC Collins Company, LLC. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support construction turnover and ongoing operations across a multi-state industrial property portfolio.

You will work closely with construction teams, contractors, vendors, tenants and internal stakeholders from project completion through handoff. Responsibilities include coordinating closeouts, tracking schedules, supporting budgets, and overseeing building systems and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities, property operations, construction coordination or project management experience.
• Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction processes and building systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Procore, BIM 360, Yardi or similar software experience is a plus.
