Job summary

Kith is seeking a Facility Manager in the LA market to lead store security operations, hire and train personnel, and ensure safety for staff and customers. The role supports the Head of Security and General Manager in day-to-day operations and special events.

The candidate will monitor entrances, manage crowds, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring compliance with city and store policies. This on-site role requires strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in security operations or similar.
• 2–3 years in Loss Prevention preferred.
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing environment.
• Retail/apparel experience a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLELocation: LA MarketStatus: Full-time On siteCompensation: $70,000-$80,000 annuallyPosition Summary:The Kith Facility Manager acts in partnership and under the guidance of the Head of Security, General Manager, or Kith HQ business partners on overall security responsibilities. The Facility Manager is imperative in the store’s overall operations, as they provide direction and guidance to the Security team(s) within their assigned market(s). The individual is professional, aware, and detail oriented, while remaining attentive to the business needs within their market(s). Ensuring the safety of store staff and customers through diligent monitoring of the sales floor and entrance(s). They will be responsible for hiring, training and developing Security personnel to ensure they meet all company standards. The Facility Manager will serve as the point of contact for any vendors or service providers which may include but are not limited to third-party agencies and repair & facilities service companies.
