Qualifications

• Extensive experience in industrial automation, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and facility management.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and capital projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Ability to support new product introductions and equipment scale-up.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills.

Your day-to-day as aFacilities Manager:
