Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Manager to support our Lacey, WA warehouse, overseeing 1 million square feet of cutting-edge facilities and driving a productive, pride-filled work environment.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams, coordinating with corporate leadership on policies and long-term plans, budgeting, and managing vendor contracts. On-site role with on-call requirements and a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience. 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experienced in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.
