Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Manager to support our Lacey, WA warehouse with 1 million square feet of facilities. This role oversees maintenance, security, and custodial teams, and partners with leadership on long-term planning and policies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of leadership and facilities experience, and CMMS proficiency. On-site, with on-call duties and occasional evenings/weekends. Competitive benefits included.

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and CMMS.
• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop diverse Facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams.
• Work with Corporate and Branch leadership on Facilities policies, procedures, long-term planning and team development.
• Accurately plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Inspect buildings, sites and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Work with vendors and oversee execution of contracted services.

• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.
