Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Manager to support its Lacey, WA warehouse and oversee a 1 million square feet campus. The role focuses on leading facilities teams, budgeting, safety, and coordinating with corporate and branch leadership to implement long-term facilities plans.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, with expertise across plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial.
• Collaborate with Branch leadership on policies, long-term planning, and team development.
• Plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Inspect buildings, sites, and equipment to address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Oversee vendors and contracted services execution.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and develop diverse Facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams.
• Work with Corporate and Branch leadership on Facilities policies, procedures, long-term planning and team development.
• Accurately plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Inspect buildings, sites and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Work with vendors and oversee execution of contracted services.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience. 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experienced in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.
