JOB SUMMARY:

To promote PATH's mission by coordinating facility operations and overseeing related tasks. Maintain service records, suggest repairs/improvements, oversee minor repairs and purchases, complete administrative tasks, delegate and monitor maintenance staff, and provide leadership. Extensive travel in Northeast Philadelphia using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Excellent interpersonal skills required. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and on-call support. Attentive to individuals with special needs.

CREDENTIALING AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  1. High School Diploma/GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  2. 5 years facilities experience, supervisory background, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Facility Management Software
  3. Valid Driver’s License
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
  1. Execute tasks assigned by Facilities Director and/or COO
  2. Report to Facilities Director
  3. Manage daily facility operations and maintenance
  4. Assist in managing over 65 properties
  5. Supervise Facilities Technicians and Custodial Workers
  6. Coordinate staff schedules
  7. Conduct fire drills and maintain licensing records
  8. Inspect facilities for safety and compliance
  9. Implement security measures with relevant vendors
  10. Maintain mechanical equipment
  11. Create reports on maintenance and safety
  12. Collaborate on property upkeep and repairs
  13. Monitor supplies and inventory
  14. Maintain work records
  15. Identify repairs/remodels
  16. Delegate tasks via ticket system
  17. Manage contractor roster
  18. Complete emergency and safety reports
  1. Handle HUD site responsibilities, including REAC inspections
  2. Coordinate with Fiscal Department on HUD activities
  3. Attend meetings and ensure main campus coverage
  4. Provide updates on work status
  5. Participate in Safety Committee
  6. Support Facility Management Program
  7. Maintain AED devices
  8. Perform other facility-related tasks as needed
