Goodwill of Southern Nevada is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations at the Central Warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. You will act as the primary contact for building issues including climate control, electrical, plumbing, emergencies, and repairs.
You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate projects, obtain vendor bids, and ensure safety and compliance with CARF standards across all Goodwill locations.

The Facilities Manager manages the maintenance of all Goodwill locations in order to achieve goals by keeping areas repaired and maintained. The Facilities Manager will serve as the primary contact for all Goodwill locations regarding building issues, i.e. climate control, electrical, plumbing, damage, emergencies, and repairs.
