Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee data center operations in Gulfport, MS, ensuring continuous service, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage maintenance, electrical operations, and incident response to meet customer availability targets.

You will own the integrated facilities execution plan, lead a skilled team, evaluate performance, and coordinate projects with a focus on security clearances and mission-critical infrastructure in a government

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC has a potential need for a Facilities Manager to provide support for our government customer in Gulfport, MS.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Holds overall responsibility for facilities operations, facilities maintenance, and electrical operations.
• Owns the integrated facilities execution plan and resolves competing demands among continuous operations, scheduled maintenance, and project work.
• Serves as the senior authority for facility emergencies and declared events.
• Approves Methods of Procedure affecting Critical Physical Infrastructure and is accountable for performance against the availability standards set by the customer.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• BS/BA and 10 years of experience managing facilities operations and maintenance in a data center or mission-critical facility, including 5 years in a management role, or high school diploma and 14 years of equivalent experience.
• IDCA Data Center Manager (DCM) or approved equivalent.
• DOE Data Center Energy Practitioner (DCEP) in all four tracks: Generalist. IT Specialist, HVAC Specialist, and Electrical Specialist.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Understand the complete scope of all data center systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Analyze complex project requirements.
• Build and lead a team with the skills to implement all data center maintenance and project requirements.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a naturalized United States citizen. Green card holders are not eligible.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
