Location: San Diego, CA | On-site | Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Facilities Management Specialist to support the daily operations of our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the facility is safe, efficient, and audit-ready—while collaborating with teams across the business to support key projects and process improvements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee daily facilities operations, including vendor coordination (cleaning, pest control, maintenance)
  • Manage utilities systems such as HVAC, electrical, and compressed air
  • Support capital improvement projects and lead weekly operations calls with Quality and Production leads
  • Track vendor finances, prepare reports, and support annual budget planning
  • Assist with audits (FDA, BSI, etc.) and maintain compliance documentation
  • Monitor MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) spares and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Stores, and more
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor quotes, and ensure proper coding in JDE
  • Oversee calibration activities and maintain certificates and logs
  • Support Health & Safety (H&S) training, meetings, risk assessments, and contractor compliance
What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of facilities experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with production planning, control systems, or MRP processes
  • Basic understanding of H&S requirements and audit prep
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks a plus
  • Facilities management certification preferred but not required

The pay range for this position is 75K-100K annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
