Project Management Specialist - Imaging Flow

Job Description Summary
As a Project Specialist, you will manage the equipment implementation and installation process, working with GE HealthCare employees to plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate remotely with GE HealthCare resources, including product scheduling, logistics, installation, and GoLive scheduling. You will serve as the primary liaison between GE HealthCare project management teams and the customer, supporting projects across regions in the United States during local business hours. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and track daily activities to ensure project completion on time, successfully, and in alignment with organizational goals and policies.
  • Collaborate with customers, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Field Teams to remotely coordinate delivery and installation, ensuring timely execution of system and device orders.
  • Develop project plans with clear milestones and responsibilities; create and maintain project documentation.
  • Use various information systems and tools to ensure quality and visibility of project milestones and status.
  • Provide leadership and direction to GE HealthCare personnel responsible for the project, participating in weekly meetings to monitor progress and delegate tasks.
  • Proactively resolve or escalate issues related to equipment delivery, installation timelines, site readiness, and material availability to meet commitments and targets.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives for project management and shared services teams.
  • Communicate project requirements and commitments effectively with all stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of project management experience; or Associate’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Desired Characteristics
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience managing revenue-generating projects.
  • Change management experience.
  • Participation in GE Healthcare Operations Management Leadership program is a plus.

The pay range for U.S. positions is $74,400 - $111,600 annually, influenced by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Performance incentives may also be available.
