ADP, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to uphold the safety and operation of our buildings. You will perform routine inspections, address HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural needs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, compliant repairs.

You will maintain records, support office moves, and help create a safe, functional workplace for staff across sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, repairing doors and windows, and maintaining flooring and walls.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities, including outdoor areas, to ensure a safe environment.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment or furniture for events or office moves.
