Watertown Savings Bank seeks a Facilities Maintenance Worker to perform a wide range of building upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, lawn care, and equipment maintenance. You will coordinate outside service calls, inspect systems, and ensure the property remains safe and presentable.
The role requires reliable attendance, ability to work independently, and willingness to handle snow removal and seasonal duties.
To represent Watertown Savings Bank in a courteous and professional manner by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service; coordinating outside service and repair calls for buildings; and performing a wide variety of manual maintenance tasks, including changing light fixtures and bulbs, moving furniture and office equipment, cutting grass and shrubbery, and completing special maintenance projects.

The position requires medium physical exertion. Employee may exert up to 80 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
