Watertown Savings Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to uphold a courteous, professional image while handling a range of upkeep tasks. The role includes coordinating outside service calls, performing light plumbing and electrical work, grounds care, and moving heavy items as needed.
Applicants should be comfortable with varied hours, snow removal, and quick responses to urgent maintenance needs, while maintaining safe, clean facilities across bank properties.
To represent Watertown Savings Bank in a courteous and professional manner by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service; coordinating outside service and repair calls for buildings; and performing a wide variety of manual maintenance tasks, including changing light fixtures and bulbs, moving furniture and office equipment, cutting grass and shrubbery, and completing special maintenance projects.

The position requires medium physical exertion. Employee may exert up to 80 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Daily movement includes, but is not limited to holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hand or hands.
