Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South is recruiting experienced Facilities Maintenance Technicians to support multiple client sites in the Anaheim area. The role involves hands-on maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility equipment, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualified candidates will have proven maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
• Live within 15 miles of our office address.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid problems and breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and keep records of activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment following safety protocols.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing contractor activities when necessary.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to address maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility equipment.
