Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas to sustain building systems and support client operations. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot, and coordinate with site leaders to ensure safety and uptime.

The role requires basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills; a valid driver’s license; and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Eligible shifts may include weekends and variable hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills.
• Ability to communicate technical info clearly.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid state driver’s license; potential regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair and install fixtures, doors, plumbing and lighting components.
• Inspect safety equipment and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Maintain records in CMMS and communicate with client staff.
• Respond to escalations and support on-site operations.
