Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a division of Enterprise Holdings, Roanoke, VA, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building assets, perform routine maintenance, and service multiple locations. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in HVAC, electrical or plumbing, ability to lift 50 lbs, operate power tools, and a valid driver's license; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical or plumbing experience required.
• Hands-on handyman skills with repair/maintenance of household and commercial items.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb a ladder and use various power tools.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record within last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, cleaning).
• Complete work orders promptly and support preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Move and deliver office supplies and equipment.
• Operate power tools and use equipment safely.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
